Requirements: * Education: Construction technical secondary school (SPŠ stavební) or higher education in transportation construction (also for graduates); authorization in transportation construction field - advantageous, knowledge of building law - advantageous, familiarity with Czech Technical Standards (ČSN) * Driver's license category B * Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) * Independence, flexibility, reliability Construction Preparation Responsibilities: * Prepare documentation for investment proposals. * Ensure construction preparation, commission project documentation preparation (surveys, diagnostics, and construction documentation), review and approval. * Ensure property preparation for construction (prepare documentation for administrative proceedings, identify property owners and gather materials for land purchase negotiations, prepare relevant contracts). * Obtain construction permits according to building and road regulations, coordinate project documentation, prepare technical materials for client procurement processes. * Develop simple construction budgets.
