Reserved for persons with disabilities We are looking for a real estate property management technician who will ensure technical management of company buildings and assist in the preparation and execution of repairs, renovations, and construction investments. Job responsibilities include communication with suppliers, tradespeople, designers, and authorities; preparation of documentation for building permits; supervision of work progress; monitoring of timelines, budgets, and invoicing; and maintenance of related documentation. We require technical thinking, organizational skills, independence, user-level PC proficiency, and a Class B driver's license. Construction education or experience in property management or construction project execution is advantageous but not required. The employee will work directly with company management.
