Senior Resort Technician (m/f)

Job Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced technician to ensure technical management and operation of assigned facilities and apartments. The role includes regular inspections, minor repairs, maintenance documentation, and monitoring of energy consumption. The technician will also organize maintenance activities, communicate with apartment owners, suppliers, and service technicians, and oversee smooth operation of buildings and surrounding areas. Planning maintenance, controlling costs, and collaborating with management on operational optimization are also part of the role.
