CONSTRUCTION SITE TECHNICIAN (m/f)

We are looking for an independent and responsible construction site technician (m/f) who will coordinate individual phases of construction. Fixed-term employment (1 year) with possibility of extension, single-shift operation - flexible working hours. Main responsibilities: ensuring work progress in individual construction phases including ordering materials, work, and services for site operations; collaboration on establishing implementation plans including ongoing reporting, identifying and managing project risks and opportunities; supervisory activities (schedule, technical outputs and standards, occupational health and safety), communication with teams, clients, local authorities, participation in handovers and inspection days; management and control of complete project documentation. Requirements: excellent understanding of project and technical documentation, ideally education in electrical engineering or another technical field (or demonstrable experience), communication skills, independent and proactive approach to solving arising situations, responsibility and results-oriented mindset, active driver, advantageous: valid certificate according to Government Regulation 194/2022 Coll.
