Technical Worker/Maintenance Technician

Job duties include: - Performing maintenance work, including minor repairs, routine support work in buildings, ongoing checks of social facility functionality, operation of gas boilers (training provided by specialized company) - Performing minor plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, electrical and other work including furniture assembly as needed, performing activities related to building and equipment operation and maintenance (on-the-job training provided by employer), minor moving tasks, coordination with service contractors performing repairs, maintenance and equipment upgrades, vehicle fleet administration, maintenance of vehicles, operation of company vehicles, transport of people and documents.
