Technical Manager for BIM, Building Digitalization, and Technology Systems

Become part of the unique transformation of Psychiatric Hospital Šternberk Do you want to be part of a project that has real meaning and long-term impact? We're looking for an expert who will become a key partner in digitalizing our facility and implementing investment projects using modern BIM technologies. You'll have a unique opportunity to participate in, for example, the construction of a new children's ward, which will be implemented using the BIM method, and subsequently create a modern system for digital management of the entire hospital facility. What will your responsibilities include? - coordination and control of project documentation including BIM models, - collaboration with designers, contractors, and individual hospital departments, - data management and control in the common data environment (CDE), - preparation of tender documentation for building digitalization and documentation, - selection and implementation of CAFM system for building and technology management, - participation in investment projects from preparation to handover, - technical management and development of the camera system throughout the hospital facility, - oversight of technology security and compliance with GDPR requirements, - BIM model management and control of their quality, completeness, and compliance with contractor requirements, - monitoring the development of BIM standards, legislation, and new technologies, - preparation of BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and control of its requirements fulfillment, - collaboration with investors, contractors, and external partners in BIM implementation. Who are we looking for? We would welcome a colleague who: - has higher education in technical or construction fields, - is familiar with BIM, digital building models, and CDE environment, - has experience with building technology management or investment construction, - understands IT technologies, network infrastructure, or camera systems, - can communicate with designers, technicians, and healthcare personnel, - thinks conceptually and seeks solutions with long-term benefits, - has experience with design or coordination of construction projects in BIM environment (not required), - is familiar with ČSN standards, ISO 19650, and other BIM standards. Experience with CAFM systems, public procurement, or asset management is an advantage, not a requirement.
