What will you be doing with us?
• Investor's technical supervision during the implementation of water supply systems, sewage systems, wastewater treatment plants and related structures.
• Quality control and verification of work in accordance with technological specifications, project documentation, contractual requirements, regulations and standards.
• Oversight of technological procedures, materials and products used, including compliance with control and testing plans.
• Inspection of materials, products and technological procedures including testing plans, verification of completed work quantities during construction, participation in inspections and resolution of defects or incomplete work during construction completion.
• Cooperation with the Construction Manager, investor, contractor, designer, infrastructure operator and other construction participants.
• Participation in control meetings, maintenance of related documentation and regular reporting on construction progress.
What we expect from you
• Secondary or higher education in construction, ideally with a focus on water management and water engineering.
• Experience in implementation, design or technical supervision of water infrastructure projects is an advantage; we also welcome recent graduates.
• Knowledge of project documentation and familiarity with regulations for infrastructure projects (TKP, ZTKP, TP, ČSN, FIDIC contractual conditions and MD ČR methodological guidelines).
• Knowledge of procedures, technologies and materials used in construction and reconstruction of water supply systems, sewage systems and related structures.
• User-level proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of specialized applications is an advantage.
• ĈKAIT certification in water management infrastructure and landscape engineering is an advantage.
• MD authorization to perform builder supervision on land transport projects at minimum level II is a requirement. The exam can be taken after starting work (as soon as possible).
• Independence, attention to detail, responsible approach and ability to communicate with construction participants.
• Willingness to work primarily in the field and travel according to project locations.
• Class B driver's license and active driving experience.
