What will you be doing with us?
• Owner's technical inspection during the construction of highways, motorways, and urban transportation infrastructure.
• Quality control and verification of work in accordance with technical specifications, compliance with project documentation, contractual requirements, regulations, and standards.
• Supervision of earthwork, pavement structural layers, drainage, traffic signage, and other road facilities.
• Control of materials, products, and construction procedures including test plans; verification of completed work quantities during construction; participation in inspections and resolution of defects or incomplete work during project completion.
• Cooperation with the Project Manager, investor, contractor, designer, BOZP coordinator, and other construction participants.
• Participation in inspection days, maintenance of related documentation, and regular reporting on construction progress.
What we expect from you
• Secondary or tertiary education in construction, ideally with a focus on transportation infrastructure.
• Experience in construction, design, or technical inspection of land transportation projects is an advantage; we also welcome recent graduates.
• Familiarity with project documentation and knowledge of regulations for transportation projects (TKP, ZTKP, TP, ČSN, FIDIC Contract Conditions, and MD ČR methodological guidelines). Knowledge of construction procedures and materials used in construction and reconstruction of land transportation projects.
• User-level proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of other specialized applications is an advantage.
• CZAIT authorization in transportation infrastructure is an advantage.
• MD authorization to perform owner's supervision on land transportation projects at least for level II is a requirement. The exam can be taken after starting (within the shortest possible timeframe).
• Independence, diligence, responsible approach, and ability to communicate with construction participants.
• Willingness to work primarily in the field and travel according to project locations.
• Group B driver's license and active driving experience.
