OWNER'S TECHNICAL INSPECTOR – QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST

What will you be doing with us? • Performing owner's technical inspection on major transportation infrastructure projects, overseeing work quality and verifying compliance with project documentation, technical specifications and applicable standards. • Verifying the correctness and fulfillment of inspection and testing plans, technological specifications and participating in inspection days and acceptance of individual project sections. • Assessing and approving technological procedures, materials used and installed products. • Collaborating with the owner, contractor, designers and other project participants. • Preparing reports, progress reports and final project evaluation including related administrative work. What we expect from you • Secondary or higher education in construction. • Experience with owner's technical inspection or quality control of transportation projects is an advantage. However, we are happy to give opportunities to graduates with an interest in the field. • User proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of other specialized applications is an advantage (ESD, CES, CEV). • Familiarity with technical standards and regulations for transportation projects (TKP, TP, ČSN and methodological guidelines of the Czech Ministry of Transportation). • CHKAIT authorization in the field of transportation projects is an advantage, not a requirement. • Ministry of Transportation authorization to perform owner's inspection on land communication projects at least for level III is a requirement. The exam can be taken after starting (within the shortest possible time). • Group B driver's license and active driving experience is an advantage.
