Resolution of incidents/tickets (via phone, email, chat) and implementation of requirements. Provision of L1 technical support for customers in the field of networks. Monitoring of customer infrastructure, communication with customers, troubleshooting. Previous IT support experience required. Willingness to work 24/7 shifts. The primary responsibility of Support Engineers is to provide a service to internal clients through proactively identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and to restore service to end users by managing incidents to resolution. The Support Engineer L1 focuses on first line support for standard and low complexity incidents, requests, problems and events. Experience with technical support. Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts.
