Petr Hann, tel.: 222 311 109, e-mail: [email protected] Implementation experience or certification with ORACLE Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, and Advanced Benefits modules) and Oracle HRMS (EBS) with a minimum of 5+ implementations abroad (USA, India, Middle East) in a Lead Consultant or Architect position is a mandatory requirement Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central module, PLSQL language, experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools is a plus. Required knowledge of TOAD and SQL Navigator programs. Experience implementing HR systems in a global environment - minimum two "global rollout" type projects. Experience with long-term work in the USA or Middle East is advantageous. Required knowledge of US Benefits, their legislative requirements, and experience with their implementation. Work authorization for US-based clients is a condition of employment. Required English language proficiency - C1 level (Cambridge). Employee Benefits: Flexible working hours
