Required knowledge of TOAD and SQL Navigator programs. Experience implementing HR systems in a global environment - minimum two "global rollout" type projects. Experience with long-term work in the USA or Middle East is advantageous. Required knowledge of US Benefits, their legislative requirements, and experience with their implementation. Work authorization for US-based clients is a condition of employment. Required English language proficiency - C1 level (Cambridge).
