In Linköping, we develop head-end systems for video and TV distribution. Our products process large amounts of data in city networks and installations around the world. We enable professional TV distribution through various technologies such as fiber optics, radio, encryption, and compression. In Linköping, we develop both software and hardware. We are proud to be involved in the entire design and lifecycle of our products! ABOUT THE ROLE WISI Norden is now strengthening its team in Linköping with a Technical Project Coordinator. In this role, you will take on central responsibility for creating structure, coordinating projects, and driving work forward in the development teams. You will be an important link between teams in Linköping, Tunisia, Germany, and Vancouver, ensuring that projects are followed up, information is shared, and teams have the right conditions to succeed. You will be based at the office in Linköping, though travel may occur a few times per year. A large part of the role involves project management and coordination. You will lead daily check-ins with the teams, follow up on activities, and ensure that projects stay on track and move at the right pace. You will gradually take on greater responsibility for your own projects and initiatives. At the same time, you will work on programming and various development projects here in Linköping. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, development, and project management. To succeed in this role, it's important that you are energized by collaborating with people from different parts of the world, enjoy creating structure in complex contexts, and are driven by constantly finding improvements in working methods and processes! WHO ARE YOU? For the Technical Project Coordinator role, we are looking for someone with a technical background who wants to develop further in a broader role. You have studied at university or college level and have gathered several years of experience in programming. You are attracted to taking the next step in a role where you can use your ability to be the central connector, coordinate, and lead projects. If you have experience in a leading and/or coordinating role, such as Project Manager or Scrum Master, we see that as highly meriting but not required. You are accustomed to working in a structured manner and independently driving your work forward. You have a positive attitude and are good at finding creative solutions. We also believe that you are social, curious, and skilled at communicating with new people. You enjoy networking and collaborating with your colleagues. You are comfortable switching between big-picture and detailed perspectives. We also believe that the following points apply to you: Technical education at college level, with focus on computer science, systems science, software engineering, or equivalent Several years of experience with development in C, C++, or similar languages Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written If you speak Arabic, we see that as highly meriting, as you will have daily contact with colleagues who speak it!
