We are now recruiting a team leader for Nitator Stainless Steel AB.
Nitator Stainless Steel is a well-established company with over 100 years of experience in stainless steel manufacturing, and we are now seeking to strengthen our operations with a team leader.
Our machines are represented worldwide. We offer our customers a "Turn-Key-Solution," which includes the entire process chain such as design and development, manufacturing, assembly, installation, FAT testing, and service. The company is undergoing a transformation journey where, as an employee, you get to be a major part of the company's future development.
Your Responsibilities
This is a combined role where you divide your time between practical assembly work and your role as team leader. You are expected to be part of the daily assembly work while also leading and supporting the team.
As a team leader/assembler, you will have an important role in daily operations. The role includes, among other things:
* Work practically with assembly and be part of daily production work.
* Oversee planning and management together with the team.
* Lead and facilitate the pulse meeting every morning.
* Assign and follow up on tasks within the team.
* Ensure that work is completed according to plan, quality, and safety requirements.
* Provide support to team members in daily work.
* Conduct development conversations and contribute to employee development.
* Work actively on improvements and development of work methods and processes.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production flow.
Day shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00-16:00, Friday 7:00-14:45
Your Background/Qualities
* Experience in leadership and experience from manufacturing industry or production.
* Experience as an assembler or equivalent.
* Good technical understanding and experience in reading technical drawings.
* Confident in leading, communicating, and motivating others.
* Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
* Thrive in a role that combines practical assembly work with leadership.
* Strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious if you have:
* Experience with Jeeves.
* Forklift certification.
* Overhead crane certification.
* Experience with improvement work, 5S, and daily management.
