We are now seeking a team leader for one of our clients in Rosersberg. In this role, you will be an important part of daily operations and work closely with supervisors, team members, and the client. About the Role As a team leader, you will be involved in planning and distributing daily work within your area. You will support team members in their work, follow up on task completion according to plan, and help solve problems that arise during the day. You will work actively out in the operation and provide support to both team members and management. Your Main Responsibilities Plan and distribute daily work Support and guide team members in their daily work Ensure work is carried out according to plan and established goals Monitor production, quality, and efficiency Contribute to improvements and optimizations Communicate information and changes to team members Act as a link between management and team members Contribute to a good work environment and ensure that routines are followed Ensure that proper equipment and protective gear are used Help solve problems and reprioritize when the situation requires it Support other areas of the operation as needed We Are Looking for You If We are looking for someone with experience from warehouse and logistics, preferably with previous supervisory or coordinating experience. You are comfortable working at a fast pace and have an easy time prioritizing and maintaining order even when many things happen at once. As a person, you are organized, thorough, and solution-oriented. You collaborate well and are confident communicating with both colleagues and management. You like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and are not afraid to help where needed. You are unpretentious and enjoy being close to daily operations. It is meritorious if you have experience with: Supervisory duties in warehouse and logistics WMS systems Resource planning KPI monitoring Transport or TA systems You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
