Do you want to lead treatment work without being a manager? We are now looking for a team leader for family support, with a focus on children and their families. This is the role for you who wants to support family treatment specialists in finding solutions and being flexible in their treatment work, developing quality and creating structure. You lead based on evidence and proven experience. About the workplace In the city, the social services department is responsible for individual and family care. Our mission is to enable residents to become independent in life so they can take an active part in society. Our entire social services department is based on the Signs of Safety approach. All employees—social workers, treatment specialists, administrative staff, HR, finance and political management—are trained in the method. This means that as a team leader, you step into an organization where consensus, transparency, participation and a clear safety focus permeate both authority and treatment work. Job responsibilities As a team leader, you are the operational leader in daily operations. You lead and distribute work in a team that works with children, young people and families within family support and treatment initiatives. You have no personnel or budget responsibility, but you have a clear mandate to maintain quality, structure and method and to ensure that the team is effective and meets families' needs. You are responsible for: Leading and structuring daily work Ensuring quality and goal fulfillment in initiatives Conducting case reviews and providing methodological support Ensuring an evidence-based approach Strengthening work in line with Signs of Safety and its approach Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Contributing to business development together with the unit manager In practice, this means that you lead case reviews where risk, protection and safety planning are clear. You support treatment specialists in working in a structured and relational way. You help ensure that the child's voice and the network's resources remain alive in the process—not as theory, but in daily work. You work in close collaboration with the unit manager and other team leaders. Together you form a leadership team of three: one for children, one for youth and one for adults, where you jointly drive the development of family support. We are looking for you as a present and secure leader. You create clarity without micromanaging, drive quality without taking over and build engagement in daily operations. Systems theory competence Knowledge of for example FFT, KIBB, Marte Meo or other structured methods Leadership experience Who are you?
