MIAB is seeking a Team Leader for our growing Norrköping location with an increasing number of customers and employees. As a Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up on, and ensure quality control of facility services in your assigned area. You will arrange for substitute staff when needed and ensure that both customers and employees have a good day at work! The role involves customer contact, which requires a strong service mindset with care and consideration—core values of MIAB. You will also perform facility services work with our customers during your workday as needed. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a facility services worker if necessary to ensure customer delivery. You work alongside colleagues in the same position and report to the Operations Manager. We travel between customer locations by car, which requires that you hold a Class B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and drive safely and responsibly. The work also involves using our systems, which requires data skills. Language requirement for the position: Swedish Swedish language proficiency is required—ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple Swedish. About you: You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You work well both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in facility services and certifications such as SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800. Leadership training is also a merit.
