We are now looking for a Team Lead in electrical assembly at an exciting industrial company in development! About the Company The company is an well-established Swedish industrial enterprise with extensive experience developing and manufacturing customized automation and industrial solutions. About the Position As a Team Lead in electrical assembly, you will combine hands-on assembly work with responsibility for leading and coordinating the team's daily operations. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient production flow and serve as a bridge between production, engineering, and other departments. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead, plan, and distribute daily work within electrical assembly • Participate in daily assembly work and provide operational support to the team • Ensure quality, order, and compliance with procedures and safety regulations • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments • Introduce and mentor new employees and interns • Follow up on work, report deviations, and contribute to improvement initiatives The position is based on daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur. About You We are looking for someone with experience in industrial electrical assembly who enjoys combining practical work with leadership. You are comfortable working in a structured manner in a production environment and collaborate easily with other functions. We believe you: • Have training in electrical work, automation, or equivalent experience • Have experience with industrial electrical assembly and electrical installations in machinery • Are confident reading electrical schematics, drawings, and cable tables • Have the ability to lead and distribute daily work • Are solution-oriented, responsible, and communicative • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently • Hold a B driver's license and have access to a car It is an advantage if you have experience in a leadership role, electrical programming, or work with machine installations and international environments.
