Main Responsibilities If you want overall responsibility for one or more departments and lead employees, the role of Team Chef in the colonial department is perfect for you. Below you can see what it means to be a Team Chef at Hemköp: You are responsible for purchasing and sales, and for the department achieving our jointly set goals. You are responsible for ensuring customers have a great experience with us. The customer is at the core of our business, and therefore daily customer contact is important for creating a positive store experience. Together with your employees, you must ensure profitability and ensure that procedures are followed and that we monitor gross profit and sales. As a Team Chef, you have personnel responsibility. This includes ensuring that employees receive the right information, develop, and feel satisfied, and that work in the store runs smoothly and well. You will also be part of the store's management team. This position is: A permanent full-time position, probation applies. Start date: According to agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect That you are interested in food, good at driving sales, and enjoy working with people are prerequisites for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Team Chef at Hemköp: You should have knowledge of the products in your area of responsibility. You need to be familiar with basic financial metrics and have experience working in a store. As a Team Chef, your leadership is important. You need to be good at explaining procedures, describing which goals the store should achieve, and what challenges exist. That you thrive in a fast-paced environment is important. Equally important is that you can delegate work, both give and receive feedback, and that you are not afraid to drive through changes.
