Below you can see what it means to be a Team Leader at Hemköp: You are responsible for purchasing and sales, and for ensuring the department achieves our shared goals. You are responsible for ensuring customers have a great experience with us. The customer is at the heart of our business, and therefore daily customer contact is important for creating a positive store experience. Together with your employees, you ensure profitability and make sure that routines are followed, and that we monitor gross margin and sales. As a Team Leader, you have personnel responsibility. This includes ensuring employees receive the right information, develop, and enjoy their work, and that operations in the store run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be part of the store's management team. Position: Permanent full-time employment, probation period applies. Start date: 2026-10-15 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect From You Being interested in food, good at driving sales, and enjoying working with people are essential for this role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Team Leader at Hemköp. You should have knowledge of the products within your area of responsibility. You need to understand basic financial key figures and have experience working in retail. As a Team Leader, your leadership is important. You need to be good at explaining routines, describing the goals the store should reach, and identifying challenges. Enjoying a fast pace is important. Equally important is that you can delegate work, both give and receive feedback, and that you're willing to drive change.
