Now the company is taking the next step and investing in Data & Analytics as its own area – with you as the person responsible for building it from the ground up. You'll have the task of shaping the offering, recruiting the team, and delivering on customer projects where you help organizations consolidate their data, create decision support systems, and prepare their data for AI.

About the position This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Dizparc Linköping.

Dizparc Linköping is a knowledge-driven IT consulting firm with approximately 20 employees, three established teams within ERP, Technology and Sales, and a turnover exceeding 35 MSEK. The company combines business systems, IT services, and innovation with strong local roots in Östergötland. Now they are creating a fourth team – and this is where you come in.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for building up Data & Analytics commercially, competency-wise, and operationally. At least half of your time you work as a consultant on customer projects – often in environments where data is scattered across multiple systems and needs to be consolidated, structured, and made accessible to create business value. The rest of the time you build the team, drive customer dialogues, and develop the offering.
Your main responsibilities:
Build and lead Dizparc's Data & Analytics team from the ground up – recruitment, competency development, and working methods
Deliver as a senior consultant on customer projects in decision support, data consolidation, and visualization (approx. 50%)
Develop and package Dizparc's offering at the intersection of decision support, data consolidation, and AI applications
Help customers make their data structured, accessible, and ready for AI – from data platform to concrete business value
Drive strategic customer dialogues around data-driven working methods and next steps toward AI
Work in Microsoft environments (Azure, Power BI, Fabric, etc.)

Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Several years of experience in decision support, data analytics, or BI
• Consulting background with experience working closely with customers on business matters
• Experience with Microsoft-based data platforms and tools
• Ability and willingness to lead – either through formal or informal leadership
Meritorious
• Experience with data consolidation and building data warehouses or data platforms
• Knowledge of or interest in AI applications linked to structured data
• Experience building an offering or a business from the ground up
• Background in team sports, elite sports, or similar contexts where performance, collaboration, and drive go hand in hand

You have weight in customer dialogues, dare to make decisions, and are motivated by building something long-term – a team, an offering, and a business. At the same time, you are unpretentious, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy working in a team where people help each other and have fun together. You are comfortable switching between strategy and operational work.
