We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Luleå Storheden! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices, while you're being prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys.
Position details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation applies
Start date: 2026-09-21 or by agreement
Work hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without having full personnel responsibility as a team lead.
Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work.
You'll learn the knowledge and skills needed to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a springboard to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager?
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures.
You are part of the store's management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
You're a role model in serving our customers with knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile.
