Securitas is now looking for you to join our planning organization as a Team Leader for the northern region. If you also have experience working with staffing matters, this is the job for you! This is a hybrid role where you work 25% as a Team Leader and 75% operatively as a personnel planner. In this position, we prefer that you are based at one of our larger offices in "cluster north-north" stretching from Sundsvall to Kiruna. As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of 8 personnel planners where you are expected to fulfill the tasks and commitments involved in personnel responsibility such as employee conversations, salary discussions, work environment, competency development, and recruitment. This position suits you if you enjoy working with people, as you will be in daily contact with various people from operations and assist them with varying matters. With us, almost 10,000 different personalities work. We are all different, but we share our drive, our responsibility, and our commitment where the seriousness of our mission brings us together.
