First contact: by email or in person (Loděnická 963, Pohořelice 691 23) Coordinate activities, provide support and information to ensure safe and efficient operations, work in accordance with guidelines to continuously achieve operational standards and required results during your shift. Direct management of team members and individuals (operators) to ensure customer deliveries meet the required QUALITY and QUANTITY and are delivered ON TIME (following the FIFO method) while considering occupational safety and health regulations and fire safety procedures. Conduct random quality checks and error monitoring. Monitor the ratio of individual grades. Comply with SOPs, work instructions, and documents related to building company culture. In case of any non-standard situation, always contact your supervisor. Employer consent to employee card.
