Work location: Karlovarský kraj !!! Fixed-term employment (1 year) - with possibility of extension. Work hours: 6:00-14:00 h x 14:00-22:00 h x 22:00-6:00 h. Job responsibilities: lead and support individuals and teams in maintaining workplace safety standards and help reduce or eliminate safety risks, prepare and conduct shift handovers, collaborate with shift supervisor on reviews and amendments to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions applicable to your area of responsibility, continuously update on new findings (improvements, deviations from standard) obtained during operations. Requirements: experience in leading people, responsibility, attention to detail and reliability (we are looking for a colleague you can rely on), communication skills, clean criminal record.
