OPERATIONS MANAGER / TATTOO ARTIST WANTED – PIRATE ISLAND TATTOO VÄXJÖ Pirate Island Tattoo Växjö is looking for a new team member who wants to take an important role in our team! We're looking for someone who is motivated, cheerful, positive, driven and very customer-focused. You are passionate about tattooing and service and want to continue developing within your profession while helping to grow the business. The position involves more than just working as a tattoo artist. We're looking for someone who can take the role as operations manager and help keep the daily operations of the studio running smoothly. The role includes: Tattooing and customer contact Responsibility for daily studio operations Planning and coordination Managing bookings and customer inquiries Logistics, material ordering and inventory management Ensuring the studio functions smoothly and professionally Contributing to business development and our work methods Creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers Collaborating with team members and contributing to good team spirit We're looking for someone who: Has experience tattooing and a portfolio to show Is very customer-focused and understands the importance of good service Is organized and skilled at juggling multiple tasks Can take responsibility and work independently Has the ability to plan and manage logistics Is solution-oriented and takes own initiative Is social, positive and professional Is motivated and wants to continue developing Is meticulous about hygiene, quality and routines Wants to grow together with Pirate Island Tattoo We offer: A creative and inspiring workplace where you get the opportunity to take responsibility and help influence the business development.
