About Us Specialist Dentistry P3e in Karlskrona is now seeking a dental hygienist. The department contains the specialist services of Periodontology, Prosthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Endodontics, and is located at Blekinge Hospital in Karlskrona with excellent accessibility. About the Position The role includes all typical dental hygienist tasks such as clinical assistance and administrative care planning, as well as sterilization work. Delegated duties are part of the position. Sterilization work is an important and valued part of the role, where you have the opportunity to work systematically and carefully with responsibility for ensuring that instruments and equipment are clean, sterile, and ready for the next treatment. We place great emphasis on an effective sterilization workflow and view it as an important part of quality in our daily work. The position also includes surgical assistance during surgical treatments. As part of the surgical team, you work closely with the dentist and contribute to creating an efficient and safe workflow. We appreciate experience in surgical assistance, but what matters most is your interest and willingness to learn. We use digital tools as part of the treatment workflow. We conduct ongoing interviews. As a dental hygienist, you have significant responsibility for the treatment flow, which requires a holistic perspective and personal initiative.
