We are a small, family-oriented clinic consisting of a dentist, two dental hygienists, one employed hygienist, and a hygienist working independently. Due to increased patient demand, we are seeking a dentist who would like to become part of our clinic for many years to come. We are looking for someone who is confident and experienced, who enjoys working independently and taking significant personal responsibility. You feel secure in your clinical assessments and drive your work forward on your own initiative, while also valuing collaboration and contributing to a positive work environment. You are proactive, see what needs to be done, and are happy to help wherever needed to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. In your interactions with patients, you are thoughtful, thorough, and believe it is important that patients receive the best care and a warm, professional approach. You have strong interpersonal skills, value collaboration with your colleagues, and contribute to a positive atmosphere at work. You also want to be involved in the clinic's continued development. We have a large and loyal patient base with a varied range of treatments, where a significant portion involves prosthetic rehabilitation. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
