About the Operation
Public Dental Care Region Dalarna's vision is to offer Sweden's best dental care with the most proud employees. We offer modern, well-equipped clinics, excellent opportunities for professional development, and forward-thinking leadership. Our values—openness, respect, and responsibility—shape the entire operation. Public Dental Care Region Dalarna has 20 general dental clinics and specialist dental care in all specialties. We provide hospital dentistry, operate our own dental laboratory, and have a public health function that works to expand knowledge about oral health and focuses on preventive dental care.
We are now seeking a dental hygienist for Public Dental Care Rättvik. Rättvik is beautifully situated by Lake Siljan, and the municipality offers many activities in both winter and summer, such as hiking, skiing, ice skating, swimming, fitness swimming, gym, relaxation, and workout facilities. The municipality has both large and small companies. We also have excellent train connections to Stockholm and Arlanda, among other destinations. At Public Dental Care Rättvik, we currently have dentists, a hygienist, dental nurses, clinic coordinators, and a operations manager. We work entirely digitally with our patient records system (T4) as well as with X-ray and impression scanning equipment. We prefer working in team dentistry.
Responsibilities
As a dental hygienist, you will work with examinations, preventive dental care, periodontal treatment, patient counseling, and direct patient care. You will work closely with the clinic's dentist and other team members.
Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed dental hygienist. Experience with the T4 computer system is a merit.
We place great importance on personal suitability. We would like to see that you work well with other people and communicate with both colleagues and patients in a responsive and smooth manner. You view patient care and service as a natural part of your work, and you see it as self-evident to involve patients in possible treatment options. Furthermore, you are good at organizing and prioritizing your work efficiently. You use Swedish fluently, both spoken and written.
