About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with our client, you will have a central role in attracting, identifying and recruiting talent to the organization. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and sourcing strategy to selection, interviews, reference checks and hiring. The role involves close collaboration with managers where you function as an advisory partner and contribute with expertise in talent acquisition, candidate attraction and skills supply.
You will become part of the Talent Acquisition/HR team and work both operatively and strategically to ensure effective and qualitative recruitment processes. The role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a strong business focus and are motivated by building long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
This is a consultant position starting immediately and running until July 11, 2027.
Main responsibilities
In the role, you will, among other things:
Drive and take responsibility for complete recruitment processes.
Provide support and advice to managers throughout the recruitment process.
Work actively with sourcing and candidate attraction to build relevant talent pools.
Conduct screening interviews, in-depth interviews, candidate assessments and reference checks.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Develop and publish job postings and collaborate with external recruitment partners as needed.
Participate in employer branding activities, networking events, career fairs and other initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
Contribute with analyses and insights on the competence market, recruitment trends and future skills needs.
Drive improvement initiatives and develop processes and approaches within talent acquisition.
About you
We are looking for someone with solid experience in recruitment and talent acquisition who is used to driving processes independently from start to finish. You have a consultative approach and enjoy the role as an advisor to managers and operations. Furthermore, you are communicative, relationship-building and comfortable in dialogue with candidates and various stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization.
You work in a structured manner, have a strong quality mindset and are used to handling multiple parallel processes simultaneously. Additionally, you have an interest in market trends, skills supply and identifying new ways to attract talent.
Key requirements
Academic degree in HR, behavioral science or equivalent.
Approximately 5 years of experience in qualified recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Experience independently driving recruitment processes for specialist, technical and/or managerial roles.
Experience with sourcing, candidate attraction and talent pipelining.
Good experience working in ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious is experience in employer branding, labor market activities or strategic competence planning.
