We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager driven by finding, attracting, and matching the right expertise with the right assignment. With us, you will become a key person in filling consultant positions within our specialist areas of Finance & Economics while building long-term relationships with the market's leading candidates. About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a key player in our consulting operations within Finance & Economics. You are responsible for identifying, attracting, and building long-term relationships with qualified candidates. Through proactive search, networking, and candidate care, you ensure that we have access to qualified candidates for both today's and tomorrow's needs. In this role, you work closely with our Account Managers in filling consultant positions at some of Sweden's most well-known and attractive employers. Our customers expect fast, accurate, and high-quality deliveries, which requires business acumen, prioritization skills, and strong drive. Responsibilities • Responsible for search and mapping of candidates within our specialist areas. • Work actively with filling consultant positions in close collaboration with the sales and delivery team in Stockholm. • Build, develop, and maintain long-term candidate networks. • Conduct candidate dialogues, competency-based interviews, reference checks, and matching work. • Ensure high quality and accuracy in deliveries to customers. • Develop and adapt search methods and ways of working based on a changing labor market. • Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative culture within the team. Relevant Background • Have academic education in finance or equivalent. • Have some years of experience from the staffing industry, in-house Talent Acquisition, or related activities. • Thrive working at a fast pace where multiple processes run in parallel. • Have a good understanding of roles and competencies within Finance & Economics. • Have a strong interest in people, business, and the labor market. • Are skilled at creating and developing trusting relationships. • Have a good understanding of customers' operations and can translate needs into concrete candidate solutions. • Are structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. • Are motivated by clear goals and delivering results.
