SEB Kort is seeking a new colleague for the German team. Here you'll support SEB's customers and develop in a safe and inspiring work environment at the head office in Arenastaden, Solna, with art on the walls and a barista who always prepares your coffee.
About the Position
SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and partners with brands such as SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry, and about twenty co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and business customers and handle over one million customer interactions annually.
In this role, you'll be an important part of the team creating safe and seamless customer experiences for SEB Kort's customers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone and email.
- Answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates.
- Guide customers in SEB's digital services (website and app).
- Ensure high quality and the best possible customer experience in every interaction.

About You

We would also like you to have:
Complete upper secondary education or equivalent
Speak and write fluently in German, Swedish, and English. Spanish, French, Norwegian, and/or Finnish language skills (spoken and written) are a plus.
