About the Role You will become part of a procurement organization that is in an exciting development phase following a recent reorganization. The role offers a varied day-to-day experience where you work both operationally and tactically with a focus on ensuring efficient procurement and strong supplier relationships. Your responsibilities include: Analysis and monitoring of procurement Handling of request for quotations and dialogue with suppliers Supplier visits and ongoing supplier contacts Order placement and monitoring of deliveries Invoice management and follow-up Participation in and driving of improvement initiatives within the procurement area In this role you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to ensuring quality, delivery accuracy, and cost-effectiveness throughout the procurement process. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in procurement who wants to continue developing in this field. You are comfortable taking full responsibility and thrive in a changing environment where you have the opportunity to drive work forward. As a person, you are structured and thorough in your work approach while having a strong drive and good ability to prioritize. You appreciate creating and maintaining good relationships, are service-oriented in your interactions with both colleagues and suppliers, and communicate in a clear and professional manner. Furthermore, you have analytical skills that help you identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of procurement processes. We would like to see that you have experience with supplier contacts, quote work, order management, and follow-up. If you have also worked with improvement initiatives, that is a merit.
