About the role As a service technician at DM TAK, you'll be our first-line hero when our customers need quick help. This can range from urgent leaks to minor repairs and maintenance jobs. Here, the work is never monotonous – you'll use both your head and your hands every day. It's your responsibility to identify the problem, solve it correctly, and create confidence for the customer. About you You are a productive and experienced worker in the roofing industry or similar field. You are efficient and thorough – you like when a job is done really well. You are service and quality-oriented. You thrive in a fast pace and can prioritize when needed. You enjoy meeting people and have good social skills. You are flexible and collaborate well with others. You speak Swedish or English. You can handle simple administrative tasks, such as documenting completed work.
