We are now seeking a licensed physician to join our team. Täby Health Center is a region-operated health center with approximately 12,800 listed patients located in central Täby, about 20 minutes from T-centralen, with excellent transportation connections. We are an established and stable health center with 9 general practitioners, 5 resident physicians, AT physicians, DSK, SSK and USK, Physiotherapist, as well as a psychosocial team and Rehabilitation Coordinator. With us, patients are offered good accessibility and quality, and we work in well-functioning teams around many diagnostic groups such as diabetes, mental health, sick leave, frail elderly, pain, asthma/COPD, dementia. Our home care patients are cared for by a team consisting of a geriatrician, DSK, SSK and USK. We offer varied work around acute and chronic diseases, preventive measures regarding lifestyle habits, and patients of all ages. Patients have a wide range of different types of diseases and problems. The work requires broad competence and independence. As a physician with us, you work both individually with your patients and in teams with all our different professions. We value a reasonable work environment and good patient safety. We actively work with digital communication tools and parts of the work can be done remotely. Qualifications: Licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Experience as a physician and working in Swedish healthcare, preferably primary care, is a merit. Experience with the TakeCare medical record system is a merit. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - background checks will be applied before employment decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks in recruitment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) are required, in addition to Swedish professional qualification.
