Hellbergs is today one of the Nordic region's most flexible door manufacturers. We produce and deliver classified steel doors exactly as our customers want them. Development, sales, and manufacturing of all doors take place at our factory in Mellerud, located in the scenic region of Dalsland. About the Role
As a systems developer with us, you will further develop our business system, which is entirely custom-built. This means you are involved in shaping the architecture and codebase. You work through the entire chain, from idea and design to implementation and maintenance, and move freely between backend and frontend.
You will be one of three developers on the team, with support from an IT technician and a digital lead who maintains prioritization and structure. Short decision-making paths, close to the business, and direct feedback on what you build.

Since Hellbergs is an industrial company, we see great value in experience within manufacturing.
You have an eye for UI/UX and think about user-friendliness in what you build.
In our daily work, we sometimes use AI tools, including Claude. We'd like to see you work independently while having an understanding of AI and being able to integrate it into your working approach.
As a person, you are self-directed and confident in building a solution from start to finish. You are involved in finding out how operations work before you build new solutions. You communicate fluently in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.

Terms and Development
The role requires you to be on-site in Mellerud because understanding the business cannot be built remotely.
Competence development is available and is based on your needs. If you have a desire for a course, certification, or conference, you discuss it with your manager for approval.
