Systems Engineer – Development and Integration
About the Position
We are seeking a systems engineer specializing in defense-related systems. The focus is on development, integration, and testing of systems including, for example, sonar, weapons systems, navigation, and command and control systems. The position is based in Karlskrona or Lund. Selection is ongoing and the start date is indicative.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Work with development, integration, and testing of defense-related systems.
• Participate in work with, for example, sonar, weapons systems, navigation systems, and command and control systems.
• Work in a structured and methodical manner together with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and clear communication in projects.
Requirements
• At least four years of experience from similar roles.
• Experience with system development, testing, or integration.
• Good collaboration skills and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with LV-robot, weapons systems, or EW.
• Previous experience from the defense industry.
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience with navigation systems, sonar, navigation, control systems, or mission systems.
Security Requirements
The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to applicable security regulations in effect at any given time. For positions with requirements for security clearance placement, there may, if applicable, be requirements for certain citizenship.
Other Information
The position is a permanent full-time employment with fixed salary. The work is performed on-site in Karlskrona or Lund.
