If you have experience leading and coordinating technical work, there's also an opportunity to take on greater responsibility within the IVA (Integration, Verification, and Validation) area. ABOUT THE ROLEAs a systems engineer, you'll be part of the team working on integration, verification, and validation (IVA). You'll work closely with other engineers, technical specialists, and project managers to ensure that subsystems are integrated into functioning wholes and that the final product meets specified requirements. The exact focus of your work will be tailored to your expertise. You may be more focused on integration, where you bring together hardware, software, and subsystems, or on verification, where you plan, conduct, and follow up on tests and requirement verification. In some projects, you may also have a coordinating responsibility to ensure that IVA work progresses according to plan. Your ResponsibilitiesDepending on the role's focus, your tasks will include: Planning, conducting, and following up on integration and verification activities Integrating hardware, software, and subsystems into complete technical solutions Developing integration strategies, verification strategies, and test plans Troubleshooting and analyzing system behavior and test results Conducting requirement verification and validation Identifying, managing, and documenting technical deviations Coordinating activities between different technical areas and stakeholders Participating in technical reviews, status meetings, and improvement initiatives WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHOHolds a degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, engineering physics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Has experience with systems integration, verification, validation, testing, or requirements management in a technical environment Has the ability to analyze complex technical relationships and work systematically with documentation Enjoys collaborating across different technical disciplines and functions Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing We believe you are curious, solution-oriented, and thorough. You take responsibility for your work and find it easy to create structure even when multiple technical areas and stakeholders need to be coordinated. It's a plus if youHave worked with complex systems in, for example, defense, aviation, automotive, telecommunications, or other safety-critical operations Have experience with technical project management or coordinating integration and verification work Have worked with verification evidence, deviation management, or traceability to requirements Have experience developing processes, methods, or strategies within integration and verification Great weight will be given to personal suitability.
