About the job We are Göteborg! Now we need you as a systems administrator for an exciting job that creates value for all of Göteborg Stad. The financial system Unit4 ERP is used by all departments of Göteborg Stad and most of the city's companies. The system provides the foundation for efficient financial administration and is integrated with the city's operational systems and other IT systems within the financial area. Unit4 ERP has approximately one thousand users within the city, primarily economists and administrators in the city's operations. As a systems administrator for Unit4 ERP with us, you work with the management and development of the system as well as supporting the city's operations in its use. You conduct testing during version updates, handle incidents, and provide support to the city's departments and companies. In the role you will, among other things: work to ensure the system is used in an efficient and reliable manner participate in projects and development work within the field work to set up and test system integrations establish instructions and ensure correct system documentation support operations through information, support, and ongoing dialogue about improvement measures. As a systems administrator with us, you are part of the Accounting and Systems Administration unit, which currently consists of 19 people. You will be part of a group of seven systems administrators working with Unit4 ERP. About you We are looking for someone who has higher education in an area that the employer considers relevant, such as economics or public administration, or alternatively experience that we consider equivalent. For this position, you need to have experience in systems administration of financial systems. It is important that you have prior experience with the actual systems administration assignment and the understanding of managing a financial system that the role requires. It is advantageous if you have: experience with systems administration in a larger organization and/or in the public sector knowledge of accounting and understanding of how a financial system can support operations experience with the financial system Unit4 ERP and its modules, such as accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger experience setting up and testing system integrations. To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical and able to identify and analyze the core of a problem, see connections, and suggest possible solutions even when the information is complex. You are thorough and work focused on quality in what you do. You follow up and check your work and have an eye for detail. The role involves many contact points and therefore you need to be collaborative. You listen, show interest and respect for others, and work based on the common mission. You also need to be communicative and able to convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and in writing. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target audience, and situation.
