As a system architect for embedded software, you'll be part of developing advanced functions for the vehicle's chassis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and influence the entire chain from requirements and architecture through integration and verification.
About the Role
Develop system and software architecture for active and passive suspension as well as tire pressure monitoring.
Work with both chassis control units and central vehicle control units.
Drive technical decisions in a cross-functional development team.
Contribute to a robust, secure, and future-proof software platform.
What You'll Do
Systematize functionality within application software and base software.
Develop and break down functional, system, and software requirements.
Drive system design, software architecture, integration, and troubleshooting.
Initiate and lead analyses such as FMEA, TARA, and HARA.
Develop architecture, test, and compliance documentation.
We're Looking for Someone With
Multiple years of experience in embedded software and feature development in the automotive industry.
Solid experience with real-time systems and development in C/C++ and/or Matlab/Simulink.
Experience with system design for AUTOSAR-based nodes.
Knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, and vehicle communication.
Driver's license category B and ideally experience with chassis or vehicle dynamics.
Technology & Tools
C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, and real-time based embedded systems.
AUTOSAR, UDS, CAN, and Ethernet.
ISO 26262 and methods such as FMEA, TARA, and HARA.
SystemWeaver or similar requirements management tools.
CANoe, CANalyzer, HIL systems, and real-time simulation are advantageous.
