We own the system responsibility for LFV's administrative system areas, IT infrastructure, and buildings with associated utility systems. You will become an important part of the Common Infrastructure unit within the Business Applications group. About the Role As Systems Manager, or IT management leader as the role corresponds to, you have overall responsibility for a system or system area throughout its entire lifecycle, from development and management to potential decommissioning. You work closely with the business to develop efficient and sustainable system solutions. Your main focus will be on the system areas of communication and documents and archives. In the role you are responsible for, among other things: Drive and develop system management according to LFV's PM3 management model Be responsible for budget, follow-up, and prioritization within the system area Ensure that business requirements, legal requirements, and external requirements are translated into relevant solutions Collaborate with system managers (functional leads), operations, and other systems managers Act as project owner for development initiatives within your area of responsibility Ensure quality, compliance, and long-term development of systems Who Are You? We are looking for you who have broad technical understanding and who thrive at the intersection of operations, technology, and management. You are comfortable creating structure, building trust, and driving matters forward with a focus on business value. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities for collaboration between different system areas and functions. With the ability to understand technical solutions, ask the right questions, and evaluate technical alternatives. To succeed in the role you have: Several years of experience as a systems manager, management leader, or in a similar role Relevant higher education in IT or equivalent work experience Good understanding of IT systems, integrations, and technical infrastructure Experience with requirements management and translating business needs into IT-related requirements Knowledge of economics, budgeting, and follow-up Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is particularly meritious if you also have: Experience with the PM3 model Previous management experience As a person you are communicative, collaboration-oriented, and solution-oriented.
