The Role of Systems Administrator with Us As a systems administrator at Individual & Family Care, you will have an important role. Our operational systems are a central part of our employees' daily work and a crucial prerequisite for the organization to carry out its mission effectively. We are looking for a new colleague who wants to take over, build on the existing knowledge, and contribute their own expertise and ideas. As a systems administrator, you work close to operations and become an important link between employees, operational needs, and technical solutions. A large part of the work involves administration and management of our existing systems, with the operational system Combine playing a central role. The assignment is not just about systems functioning. We also want to use them in the best possible way. That is why we are looking for you—someone curious about how systems, processes, and working methods can be developed and improved. You will identify needs from operations, help find solutions, and participate in both developing existing working methods and implementing new solutions and systems. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues, operations, suppliers, and other functions. In the role, you will, among other things: - manage and administer our operational systems - configure and develop existing systems, particularly Combine - provide support to operational users - identify and understand operational needs and translate them into working solutions - identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of systems, processes, and working methods - participate in implementing new solutions and systems Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in systems administration who feels confident taking independent responsibility for your work tasks. You have high technical competence and good administrative ability, but above all, you have the ability and willingness to use your expertise to help the organization. You have an interest in solving problems and are comfortable working with complexity and creating structure. We are looking for someone with: - several years of experience working with and administering operational systems - good knowledge of administrative IT systems - experience working in public administration It is a merit if you have: - professional experience administering operational systems within social services - professional experience within social services operations About Us As a systems administrator, you will be part of the Administration & Support unit, where several different support functions and specialists work together to support and develop operations. This gives you colleagues with different expertise and perspectives and good opportunities for collaboration across professional boundaries. At the same time, systems administration has its own clear context. You will work close to two additional systems administrators and have your own manager who leads and coordinates the work.
