Would you like to be part of developing an entirely new role with overarching responsibility for coordinating, developing, and managing the social services office's mission-critical digital support, as well as contributing to structured information management and strengthened data protection efforts? As a systems and information coordinator, you have a central function as the link between the municipality-wide IT and digitalization unit and the social services office's systems management. You are responsible for planning and coordinating systems management, ensuring that the systems create value for operations, and supporting efficient work methods. You work closely with operations, system owners, systems managers, suppliers, and other system coordinators within the municipality. The position also includes coordination responsibility for the social services office's information management, including file archiving and record disposal. You will, among other things: Coordinate systems management of all systems within the social services office Ensure that systems support operations' processes and needs Follow up on agreements and deliveries from system suppliers Work with data protection matters within the social services office and collaborate with the municipality's overarching information and security officer, as well as the data protection officer Coordinate the development of the social services office's information management plan and monitor compliance with it The role also includes administrative responsibility or contact person responsibility for a number of systems, such as solutions for safety alarms and digital supervision. We are looking for you who have: Relevant higher education in, for example, systems science, information management, public administration, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in systems management, operations development, and/or digitalization. Experience in project management or supervisory work. Good understanding of how operational processes, IT support, and information management interact. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. It is meritorious if you have: Experience from municipal or other public sector activities, preferably within one of the social services areas. Experience in systems coordination. Experience in implementing business systems. Knowledge of data protection legislation, information security, or document management is meritorious.
