The following experience is welcome: o Experience with system development in the automotive field (ideally eAxle or drivetrain units). o Understanding of systems engineering and conversion of customer requirements into technical specifications. o Knowledge of working with hardware, software, and mechanical components. o Experience with system architecture design (electrical, HW/SW interfaces). o Practice in creating technical documentation (e.g., specifications, FMEA, test plans and reports). o Ability to resolve technical issues including root cause analysis and design of corrective actions. o Experience with customer communication and coordination of cross-functional teams. o Knowledge of automotive standards and processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262) is an advantage.
