About the Position Volvo Construction Equipment is currently in an exciting and expansive phase and is seeking skilled welders to strengthen its team. This position is a temp-to-hire recruitment through Montico, where the right candidate may have the opportunity to be offered permanent employment with Volvo Construction Equipment. If you're selected for this position, you'll undergo a welding certification validation during the recruitment process. Job Description You'll work in one of the welding groups at the company. The work can be physically demanding, but the work environment is an important factor that is continuously being improved. Work is carried out in a structured manner to meet set production targets, which places high demands on your own efforts. Working hours are arranged on a 2-shift schedule. We're Looking for Someone Who - Has relevant upper secondary or vocational education or relevant experience - Holds a welding license (a plus) - Has experience with MIG/MAG welding in the manufacturing industry, preferably with thicker materials - Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working both in a group and independently - Is interested in continuous improvement work and shows good initiative Please attach your welding certificate with your application.
