Welders needed for industrial operations in Alvesta Are you a meticulous and driven welder who enjoys practical and varied work? We are now seeking both manual welders and robotic welders for an established industrial operation in the Alvesta area. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a modern production environment alongside dedicated colleagues where quality, collaboration, and safety are in focus. About the Position In this role, you will work with welding and manufacturing of components and structures in industrial production. Your tasks will vary depending on experience and area of expertise and may include both manual welding and work with welding robots. You will become part of a production team where it is important to work carefully, follow drawings, and contribute to an efficient production flow. Responsibilities: Manual welding according to drawings and instructions Monitoring and operation of welding robots Post-processing and quality inspections Contribute to organization, safety, and quality in daily work We are looking for someone who Has experience with welding in industry or production Can read drawings and work carefully according to instructions Has technical interest and good understanding of production work Enjoys practical work and a fast pace Is responsible and has good collaboration skills It is advantageous if you have: Experience with robotic welding Welding certifications Forklift or overhead crane certifications Working Hours The work is scheduled for either permanent day shift or permanent evening shift. We are therefore looking for someone who is flexible and can work different shifts depending on operational needs.
