About the role
In this role, you'll become an important part of production, where your experience and precision as a welder are in focus. We're looking for someone with solid TIG welding experience who enjoys working carefully with details where finish and quality are crucial.
You work independently based on drawings and are responsible for the entire process – from understanding the drawing specifications and preparing materials to building, welding, and post-processing the finished component. The work is varied and suits someone with an eye for detail and a feel for true craftsmanship.
Tasks may include
You'll work with both TIG and MIG welding, building up components from drawings, sometimes without fixtures. This means you'll use your experience, intuition, and precision in every step. The work also includes grinding and post-processing, and you're responsible for delivering high-quality results. Reading drawings is a natural part of your day, and you may also work with welding robots.
Who are we looking for?
Has experience with welding, particularly TIG welding.
Is meticulous and has a feel for precision and finish.
Has good drawing reading skills.
Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility for your work.
Has a quality-conscious and solution-oriented approach to work.
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
A valid driver's license and access to a car are advantageous.
Work hours: Daytime.
