About the Client Company Konsultia AB is now recruiting welders for a stable and valued client in the Växjö area. Your Responsibilities Your work will consist of welding using various methods and materials. You are expected to continuously work on maintaining high quality and identifying improvements in processes. Other tasks within the industrial sector may also occur. Your Profile We are looking for someone with previous experience in welding, or educated in the field and willing to develop and learn more. Your personality is important to us. You have self-motivation, are creative and forward-thinking. Furthermore, you are thorough and value order and organization in the workplace. In your application, please specify which welding methods and materials you have experience with. We also appreciate if you mention any traverse crane certificate, forklift certificate, hot work certification, or other credentials that may be advantageous for the position. Additional Information You will be employed by Konsultia but spend your working days with one of our clients in Växjö and the surrounding area. The positions are full-time with working hours either day shift or 2-shift depending on the assignment. The needs are viewed as long-term and there is an opportunity to obtain employment with the client companies in the future.
