Welder/Technician - Assembly and Logistics

Your work will be a combination of specialized craftsmanship, assembly, and logistics support directly within production. You will be responsible for: - Welding and material preparation: Preparation and cleaning of metal surfaces (cutting, grinding, bending). CO2 welding (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) and subsequent quality inspection of welds. - Machining and assembly: Operating machining equipment, clamping material, measuring, and final assembly of galvanized parts into finished products. - Logistics and production material flow: Unloading purchased materials, storing them, and systematic receipt in the Helios program. Timely picking (sorting) of materials for production and storage of finished products. - Packaging and dispatch: Inspection of finished goods, careful packaging according to instructions, and preparation of pallets for shipping companies. - Development and innovation: Active participation in testing and introducing new products into production and sales. Contract: HPP (4-month probation period and fixed-term contract for 1 year), morning shifts only: 6:00 - 14:30. Who we are looking for: - Minimum secondary technical or mechanical education (vocational/secondary school). - CO2 welding certificate and good knowledge of metal behavior (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) during welding (advantageous). - Ability to reliably read technical documentation. - Basic PC skills (experience with Helios, WMS systems is advantageous). - Forklift certification and driver's license category B (highly advantageous). - Manual dexterity, physical fitness, and excellent spatial awareness. - Thoroughness, systematicity, and consistency - you are responsible for the quality and strength of your welds and the complete product.
