We are seeking a skilled and careful colleague for the position of Sewing Machine Operator in our sewing workshop in Rousínov. What will your job involve? * Sewing sports jerseys and functional sportswear. * Working according to production documentation and technological procedures. * Quality control of finished products. * Collaboration with other members of the production team. * Care of your assigned sewing machine and maintaining workplace order. What do we expect from you? * At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or vocational training in the field. * Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. * Manual dexterity and a responsible approach. * Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team. What we offer you? * Financial compensation: Net salary including benefits from 23,500 Kč + regular bonuses. * Working hours: Morning shift only (single-shift operation) 6:00-14:30. * Security and stability: Permanent employment contract (HPP). * Start date available immediately. * Support from a thriving Czech company. * Friendly team and pleasant work environment.
