We are looking for a Support Technician for Secure Environments who wants to contribute to a seamless day-to-day experience for our employees. About the Position As a support technician for secure environments, you will work with handling IT-related cases on-site such as support, troubleshooting, and hardware. You contribute to creating a smooth and efficient work environment and handle both simpler and more complex support cases. In this role, you work closely with the business operations and troubleshoot and resolve client, application, and other user-related cases in secure environments. You also handle installation and configuration of computers and other IT equipment as well as receiving and issuing IT equipment. The role manages and works in ticket management systems and collaborates with IT operations and other technical teams, as well as handling orders, incidents, changes, and guidance. The position is located in Stockholm. About You We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary school level education or equivalent training/experience deemed equivalent. You have several years of experience in relevant support work in 1st and/or 2nd line support as well as experience with ticket management and working with Windows. Additionally, you have knowledge of support for Windows-based platforms. It is considered meritorious if you also have education in a technically relevant field as well as knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow as a ticket management tool and working according to ITIL. Experience troubleshooting in IT environments, experience with Active Directory – account management and group management, and knowledge and/or experience with security approvals are also meritorious. Knowledge and/or experience with total defense security solutions and signal protection systems with associated signal protection training, as well as knowledge and/or experience in protection against compromising emanations are also meritorious. Finally, information security work is also considered meritorious. Personal qualities are very important to us.
